Refund policy
Please note that our textiles are mostly sourced as Vintage and Upcycled. If you have not previously seen or experienced the greatness that Vintage and Upcycled textiles brings, which can include unique fading, beautiful texture and the essence of time then it is best to Contact us before you order.
We have a 14-day return policy for Ready to Wear and Off the Peg Purchases, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
For Made to Measure and Customised items, we cannot accept returns unless there is an in transit fault with the item or a Customer cancels their order within 24 hours of placing their order prior to the textile being cut their exact size.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not cover the Cost of Returns unless the item has been damaged In Transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products which have been processed after 24 hours of order placement (such as special orders and customised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or sample designs sold.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This does not apply to Made to Order Customised Orders, the cooling off period is 48 hours from order placement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once your refund has been approved. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
